Groovy Ghoolish Garlands: Join Three Sparrows Balloon Studio of Oshawa, Ontario, for a marvelous morning making to-go balloon garlands. Jenny will have three different 45-minute sessions focusing on creating fun garland options. She will be sharing her organic technique, hanging methods, and how to add that EXTRA POP!
