Ticket Details
Tickets are $700 each and include classroom instruction, access to event hall, vendor and sponsor areas and opportunities, if applicable, dinners on July 7-10, 2025, lunches on July 8-10, 2025, admission to event socials and venues associated, and exclusive TUFTEX merch. Ticket sale will begin on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 9 a.m. EST and tickets are limited in number. Travel, hotel accommodations and applicable taxes and fees, transfer to all venues, breakfast, snacks, beverages and incidentals are the responsibility of ticket holder. Most classes will be offered in English language, a few select classes will be offered in Spanish language.
Ticket Policies
All tickets purchased for this event are non-refundable. However, in the event of a family emergency or health-related issue that prevents attendance, we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Access to all classrooms, event halls and areas, and socials limited to ticketholders. No children under the age of 18 will be permitted in classrooms, event halls and areas, and socials, with the exception of children of TEAM TUFTEX. Ticket holder/s agree to information sharing with Hilton Downtown Columbus for purposes of room block organization and dietary restrictions. Ticket holder/s agree to receiving invitation to TT EXP 2025 Facebook Group (which will be utilized to communicate important event information). Ticket holder/s agree to receiving invitation to TT EXP 2025 GroupMe or other communication platform (which will be utilized to communicate important event information and opportunities for room and ride share).

Monday, July 7: Attendees arrival and Opening Night Party (dinner provided)
Tuesday, July 8: Classes begin and Off-site Evening Social (lunch and dinner provided)
Wednesday, July 9: Classes and Off-site Evening Social (lunch and dinner provided)
Thursday, July 10: Last day of classes and Off-site Evening Social (lunch and dinner provided)
Misc. Information
Instructors, class topics, social event themes and venues will be announced later. Hotel room block at Hilton Columbus Downtown information will be shared after ticket is purchased.
Hold Harmless Agreement By purchasing a ticket to the TUFTEX EXPERIENCE 2025, and participating in said event, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Goodlevel Enterprises, LLC, “TUFTEX Balloons”, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event, whether caused by the negligence of the event company, venue or otherwise.
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in this event involves certain inherent risks and dangers, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goodlevel Enterprises, LLC, “TUFTEX Balloons” from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in this event, including any claims brought by third parties.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ohio.
