The TUFTEX EXPERIENCE begins Sunday, July 9, 2023, at 7PM and ends on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 10PM. Check-out from the hotel for the event is Thursday, July 13, 2023. All lunches, dinners and off-site venue admissions during the TUFTEX EXPERIENCE are included in the ticket price.
Ticket includes a Class Notebook, sponsored by LA Balloons.
Exclusive TUFTEX Merch is included in the ticket price for all attendees staying at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown, no matter whether they have a shared room or are staying in their own room; see below for instructions on how to reserve your room, you don’t want to miss out on anything!

Travel expenses to/from Cleveland and hotel charges are the ticket bearer’s responsibility.
Be sure to reserve your room at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown to be a part of all the fun! You will receive an email after ticket purchase with a link to the group discounted rate. Grab your balloon besties to have a sleepover, book a private room all to yourself for the ultimate in relaxation, or find the perfect roommate to share costs with on the Private Facebook Group TUFTEX EXPERIENCE 2023: WE ARE COLOR (see below on how to join). The group discounted rate is valid for check-in on Sunday, July 9, 2023 through check-out on Thursday, July 13, 2023. The deadline to reserve with the discounted group rate is May 26, 2023.
All important information regarding the event, including finding a roommate posts, specific class schedule, event times and locations, updates, etc, all can be found on the Private Facebook Group TUFTEX EXPERIENCE 2023: WE ARE COLOR. TEAM TUFTEX will send all ticket purchasers a QR code to join the Private Group. To access the group page, you must first purchase a ticket to the TUFTEX EXPERIENCE 2023. Next, “like” the TUFTEX Balloons Facebook page, and within 72 hours a TUFTEX TEAM member will invite you to follow the Group page so be on the lookout for a notification from us! If you have trouble finding the notification, look in your “Groups” page, and then in your “Invites” folder, and click “Join Group”. Now you have access to all important info to be sure your TUFTEX EXPERIENCE is awesome. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions.
Ticket is non-refundable. Afterpay Payment Plan is available for those with an existing afterpay account. Once the afterpay payment plan has started there is no cancellation available. Afterpay will deduct $149.75 on the date of purchase and on due date of each subsequent month for three months for a total of $599. Registration will be refunded if TUFTEX cancels the event for any reason, or if events occur beyond the control of TUFTEX, such as health restrictions, etc, by the local government. Ticket sales will close on May 26, 2023, unless sold out prior.
